Spit Dragon Remains

Spit Dragon remains are a valuable resource, the meet may be tough and flavorless, lean and a poor source of nutrition with a zero percent body fat, making it food you could starve if it was all you ate, but there are other uses. Besides the teeth being farmed for warding spells, the body of a spit dragon has a special flammable quality once left out to sit for about a week.
The body of a spit dragon will barn a strong warm flame for about a week.  The flame is very constant and difficult to put out.  The flame engulfs the entire body of the dragon as the steady burn could heat a house, run a mill, or lite a street for a whole week. Spit dragon bodies are sold for just that.  Some people will buy spit dragons to heat their house all winter.  It is an incredibly reliable burning material which on a subscription can be delivered to your home once a week.  
I the kingdom of the Moon, this practice is common and many spits are raised for their teeth and their burning bodies.  In the Kingdom of the Elements burning spits is becoming controversial, especially since so many spit dragons work downtown where they will sometimes burn the bodies in public bonfires, which some spit dragons find uncomfortable. In the kingdom of the Elements, spits are not raised for the teeth and burning, but the bodies are often burned when a spit passes away.  It is becoming more common to lay to rest a spit dragon, but not common enough not to see a spit dragon being burned in the streets here or there without most people thinking too much about it.  this is becoming more common to only occur in poorer areas of the city.
