Tara Sorin (Tara Soar-in)

Elven nation 
Often at war with the Dwarven nation of Stovin Radic. Beleived in improving magical weaponry to overcome the Dwarven defenses to end the war. When the flood occured the Dwarven nation quickly put aside its war to assist, showing true compasion to their enemies. This put a stop to the war and a new bond was formed.  While not all agreed, over time the bond grew stronger. 300 years later the nations formed an alliance.
