Approximately 19000; primarily elf, some centaur.
Government:
Two factions war openly for control of the city, a consortium of wealthy merchants and several wealthy merchants.
Notable Places:
The Guildhall: An impressive building of stone walls, decorated with a glazed-tile roof. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local trade guilds.
The Spectral Aqueduct: A section of an old aqueduct stands over the street. A curtain of water falls continuously from the lower end of the aqueduct into a large stone basin. The water is clear and cold, but vanishes from any vessel used to contain it.
Keelta's Masonry: A cluttered stonemason's workshop, built within a ring of ancient stone monoliths.
Arcanist's District
Notable Places:
The Armory: A buttressed half-timbered building, a station of of the town guard. It is rumored to be built atop a long-forgotten dungeon, now the lair of a fell necromancer.
Turgali's Folly: A tower of hewn stone stands upon a rise in the land. It is named after a local adventurer named Turgali, who entered it many years ago and has not been seen since.
The Shrine of Althan: A cauldron lamp enshrining the flame of Althan, Lady of the Woodlands, said to be sometimes visited by the goddess herself.
Ashheath Farthing
Notable Places:
The Eye of Horus: An ancient bronze statue of a male human warrior with the head of a falcon. It is said that anyone who sacrifices one of their own eyes before the statue can see and speak with Death until the next dawn.
Cane's Clocks: The workshop of a male elf clockmaker named Cane, who is rumored to be immortal.
The Minstrel and Rose: A neglected commoner's tavern, entirely managed by cats.
Azurefair Village
Notable Places:
The Broken Shield: A large elven inn, built within what was once a wizard's tower.
Bell Ward
Notable Places:
Findiser's Armaments: The workshop of a female elf weaponsmith named Findiser, who has been purchasing much more raw iron than usual.
Brightsword Ward
Notable Places:
Voada's Masonry: The workshop of a female elf stonemason named Voada, who seems to know every dungeon within twenty leagues of town.

The Bear and Hell-hound: A shabby elven inn, decorated with stained glass windows.
Orb Ward

The Temple of Ladrilye, Goddess of Law: A grand terraced building, decorated with bright lamps and golden inscriptions.

The Explorers Guild House: An ornate stone-walled building, once a minor temple. It is said to be built atop an enchanted vault, which contains the library and archives of a defeated lich.
Corhsoria's Curios: Odd shop with a stange owner known to collect and sell random items.
Rogue's Borough
Notable Places:
The Old Wall: A section of an old town wall divides several blocks. The ghosts of a town guard can sometimes be seen walking upon it.
Vica's Woodwork: The workshop of a female elf woodcarver named Vica, who is rumored to be a spy of the Sidhe Court.
The Inn of a Thousand Names: A grand adventurer's inn, which is said to have a thousand doors in a thousand towns, each under a different sign and name. Anyone who enters through a particular door can only leave through that same door, unless they know the innkeeper's secret.
Rogue's Village
Notable Places:
Dano's Pewter: The workshop of a male elf pewtersmith named Dano, who is possessed by the ghost of a silver dragon.
Otell's Masonry: A cluttered stonemason's workshop, said to be guarded by living gargoyles.
West Wood Borough
Notable Places:
The Midnight Pavilion: A grand stone-walled theatre, said to be built upon the ground where a sidhe noble was betrayed and murdered.
The Shepherd's Mug: A modest commoner's inn, known for its many secret doors and passages.
An overgrown temple ruins, which appears restored upon the night of the solstice.
