Chronomancy (Kron-no-man-cy)

Chronomancy is a branch of magic dealing with the observing and manipulating time, on either a local or wide spread impact depending on strength.
It is viewed as the most dangerous form of magic, manipulating the past may have long term effects or even paradoxical effect.  Some theorize that it may be possible to destroy the weave or even the world if done so without consideration of effect.
At this time it is believed that the only nation experimenting with this form of magic is Fita.  No government officials have confirmed this. The school of Theromessa is beleive to be the school of study located in Arra in Fitia - But this is not confirmed.
