Captain Bartholomew

Captain of the Porterspeak guard. He is 5'10" with a thin frame and bandy legs. He has mousy brown hair that is starting to grey prematurely. His most defining feature is a huge moustache, twirled at the edges. Nervous and unsure in nature. Lawful good.
