Background
Zakkazana Island was known throughout the lands as a training academy of the highest order.
The warriors who were built there were instructed in the Zapassnee Order, the secrets of which have never been discovered. Peoples of all kinds travelled from far and wide to learn from the best, but barely a handful of every thousand passed the initiation, and fewer still graduated to the rank of Knight of the Order of Zapassnee. These warriors were rare, and expensive, their services available only to the few who could afford them. But whenever a kingdom was in trouble or a princess needed saving, it was a Zapassnee Knight who saved the day. Their deeds were things of myth and legend, their daring feats sung about by bards in every language in the known world.
While the songs and stories are still known today, the knights are no more. A thousand years ago, Zakkazana Island was lost. Though many tried to find it and some still do, none have managed it. The island and the knights it produced seemed to have been wiped out of existence.
That was until a few months ago, when flyers started appearing in town squares and taverns all across the known world. Flyers claiming that not only was the island found and operating as it had once been, but that thirteen people would be selected to visit the island as guests of Count Tymersy. These guests would be allowed to see the inner workings of the island to prove to the world that Zakkazana Island was truly found and once more open for business.
