Master of Waves

The Master of Waves is responsible for leading the region's naval forces. The position is one part of the triarchy oligarchy that rules over the port city. The primary focus of the Master of Waves is to lead the offensive naval forces in both Red Harbor and The Ethereal Nexus in times of war. They are supported by both the Tides and the Sails in each endeavor, always alert to any possible threats.
