Founded centuries ago as a key port for the dwarves to move their goods to other kingdoms, this city is constructed of cyclopean stones that are meant to strike awe into visitors. An ancient conclave of Gnomes have created a center of learning and compilation here, and the city's human population has been growing slightly during the recent years because of trade.

  • Cloven Stone Inn - An impossibly old inn known throughout the land for its friendly atmosphere and warm honey mead.
  • Hammerfist's Anvil - The enormous anvil used by one of the town's founders, Garrick Hammerfist, almost 1000 years ago. It is now located in one of the city squares.
  • The Wreck of the Sheer Lance - A famous warship that sank not far from port.
  • Dragonbridge Crossing - the Bridge crossing the river on the east side of the city is made entirely of dwarven steel infused with dragon bone. It is a marvel for the ages.
  • The Forge-temple of Moradin, the Allfather of dwarves. This temple is actually a replica of the true temple, built stone for stone. The true forge-temple is located underneath the mountains to the west of Asterleigh, in a dwarven stronghold and mine.
