Three days have passed since the Battle for Last Rest. Three days many of us were uncertain we would live to see. Yesterday, we finally received word from Falinor, and learned why we never received reinforcements. Unrest and rebellion had broken out in the Kingdom, and the attention and resources of the Crown cannot be spared for even as dire a threat as we faced here, out on the border of Falinor’s holdings. We are alone; perhaps in many ways we always were. We will be counting on the aid of the new Heroes of the Reach to help us chart our way forward into more uncertain terrain than any we have yet face here in the Reach Unsung, relying on own strength and that of our comrades to face what we may find in the days ahead on our own terms.
