Hero league formed in early Uktar after the defeat of Umbraxakar the Black in the Lost Mines.

The event marks the rediscovery of archanotech and its introduction to the people of Falinor, as well as the establishment of the Black Dragon Guildhall and library in the town of Last Rest (destroyed during the Haphaestus Insurrection in Nightal NE 1 and rebuilt in Ches NE 2).
