The Northern Reach: The Palatinate of Pericarp

General Summary

The White Dragon Wyrmling jumped quickly into action, nearly freezing Mushy where she stood. In response, Rousseau jumped into action, carving the dragon nearly into pieces, and it was quickly finished off by a counterattack from M and Keen. Sir Blueberry on the other hand, took the non-violent approach and led the charmed dragonborn clerics of Tiamat away from the battle, and off in a random direction.
The party, accompanied by Gruyere, then continued on to the Kingdom of Pericarp. The larger party members needed to shrink themselves down to a tinier size in order to enter, but that didn't stop Rousseau from causing shenanigans and at least 150 sp of window damage. They met King Cupule the IX, who gorged himself on the kingdom's depelting stash of Chef Boyardee Ravioli and Blueberries, while Princess Minerva Cupule looked on with disdain. Nonetheless, they collected their reward from Sir Peanut the Watchful, Palatine of the Treasury, and continued on to the Temple of Bahamut.
Through strained interactions, Mushy and Lady Fishbone, the head priestess, discussed the "hypothetical" situation where a stranger could have found a preserved metallic dragon corpse. While Lady Fishbone explained that the holy title of "Drakewarden" was all but lost to time, Mushy was able to convince her to discuss in private, and produced the corpse of the baby dragon "Aeris" within the temple's most private sanctum. The ancient relic, The Staff of the Drakewarden" touched Aeris's head, and the dragon was brought back to life... due to the lingering smell of the dragon on Mushy, as well as a hearty helping of preserved dragon food, Aeris chose Mushy as her warden. As is tradition for any who bear the title Drakewarden, Mushy was gifted the staff of the Drakewarden.
