Mushy Snugglebites

Backstory
Known as “M” to most, she is a Harengon of unusually small stature. Coming in a just shy of 3ft tall, she has had to fight - often literally - to prove her metal. Though she walks on her hind legs, otherwise she greatly resembles a wild brown hare, and is often mistaken for an oversized rabbit. This is yet another stereotype she continuously has to disprove - like the fact that all Harengon enjoy carrots. She happens to fucking hate carrots. (Her favorite food is lamb stew, if you’re asking.) Her earliest memory as a leveret is finding herself laying in a trash heap, swaddled between garbage bags alongside her twin sister Felicia. A young human girl scavenging for parts found them there, and took them in. Her name was Tina, and if you ask M, she was the badassest mofo around. She didn’t have parents either, so the three of them made a home in the dump outside town. They stole and scavenged what they needed, plus sometimes a little extra to sell. Tina had a knack for taking junk and turning it into useful gadgets, but her specialty was making things explode. M never quite learned to tinker as skillfully, but loved everything to do with fire. As survival grew easier, what seemed an ironclad bond between the trio, forged through shared struggle, began to crumble. Not content with a life of scrounging in the dirt, Felicia longed for stability, comfort - refinement, even. The islands where they lived boasted a large Harengon population, most of whom worked for one of the main families in power. Felicia married the son of a pirate lord who served one such family, and so came into a great deal of wealth. M did not attend the wedding, and has not spoken with her sister since. Luckily Tina was there to be her best friend. They talked together all the time. They still do. It wasn't long after the accident - the one where M learned that she was innately capable of using magic - that she started to feel like she couldn’t stay on the islands any longer. Plus she wanted to see the world and crap like that. So she worked, begged, and bribed passage on various ships until she made it to the mainland. She hopes to find better fortune here, both figuratively and literally. She may look adorable, but you better watch your pockets around this one.
