Backstory

After graduating wizard school with tremendous amounts of student debt, BJ has been working as a short-order cook in the kitchen of esteemed chef Rordon Gamsey to alleviate some of the financial strain. Despite his gastronomic talents, he is quite clumsy, and is the frequent target of verbal abuse from his boss. He is quite socially awkward as well, and has few he could call friends. He spends most of his free time reading obscure texts in order to achieve his dreams of combining his arcane talents with horticulture in order to curate unusual and innovative recipes. He plans to travel to the far reaches of the Muskeg in order to investigate a mushroom he read was native to the area, one which is said to have an incredibly rich, meaty flavor.
