General Summary

Robin, Bronwen, and Elfriede make it through the Architects' portal down to the bottom of an irradiated chasm, which they traverse with only mild radiation poisoning due to their protective draconic gear; after a heroic, collective struggle to physically move Robin through a powerful abdjuration ward bound to an ancient tone archway, the party managed to get him through along with the cursed sword gifted to him by the dragon, which resisted its exorcism until the very end. Equipped with a newly sanctified golden blade, Robin and companions continued on into the Architect vault, cured of radiation sickness by the archway's spell, but made uneasy by the apparent banishment of the Professor from his orb by the same protective barrier, as he was the one to reassure them that more than death awaited them in this place. As they investigate the ancient technomantic machinery left behind by this forgotten civilization, a guardian of steel awakens from its slumbers...
