Voy'Aeldvari

Abyssal Elves (voy’Aeldvari) are the youngest of elvish subraces, being recently created by a magical accident from a collection of Aeldvari of many races, but predominantly Sun Elves. They are considered Heavens Elves if they are categorized at all. Abyssal Elves are attuned to Abyssal energy and retain their diurnal/nocturnal preferences from their birth races.
Abyssal Elves are the same height and build as their birth races, but have been color-changed to reflect their sudden attunement to Abyssal energy. Their skin is darker than most Moon Elves’ and ranges from ink-black to blue-black and extremely deep shades of cool grey or blue; their eyes have the same irises as they were born with, but their sclera has turned black; and their hair, while the same texture as before, is a range of dark hues from wine-red, plum, indigo, and muted dark blue.
Abyssal Elves are not yet “known for” anything in particular, nor do they have a racial language. However, most of them know Solvaren Sign Language as a way to communicate when they cannot hear voices over the roar of the Abyssal ocean in their ears. Their life expectancies are unknown, though their mana requirements remain the same as their birth race’s.
