Chasm of the Lost God

The Chasm of the Lost God is a large canyon that runs laterally along the Savage Isle, stretching a several kilometers deep. A number of expeditions have attempted to map the depths of the trench, but as of writing, none have returned. Since the Savage Isle itself is rather inhospitable, it is of great concern to many researchers that the trench specifically seems to have taken the lives of several expeditionary crews. Those that have ventured to the island but refrained from entering the trench have claimed to hear the sounds of weeping pouring from its depths, a sound that seems to lure those without the wisdom to avoid the call into the depths of the trench.
