The Great White T'alyu
Though not actually white, these T'alyu are lighter skinned than their brethren, with longer green locks.
The Great White T'alyu are the only T'alyu known to have significantly used currency - Mainly in the form of teeth from the Marsh Devil. This usage has lessened in recent years due to the Syntalius decimating their southern territories, however the tradition is still passed on in oral memory.

Major language groups and dialects
The Great White's language is similar to the more northern T'alyu however it has more emphasis placed on plosives. This makes their accent sound like it has less clicks and more pops.

Honesty, courage and defiance are key values of the Great Whites.
Common Etiquette rules
A great white's main aim in etiquette is to be up front with their intentions and their abilities. The common way to great one and another is to raise their weapon to each other. This signifies to the other one what each great white's favoured weapon is, so that if there was a brawl, there would be no surprises. Those who do not raise their weapons would are considered to be sneaky, or even worse, subservient.
Art & Architecture
Great White Architecture is a reflection of their homeland. They build tall but slim stone towers that connect with one and another through bridges, as in the marshes of their homeland there is not much suitable land to build on.

A dead Great White is to be buried under shallow water, with the seed of a Ygrid Tree planted in their chest.
Historical figures
Yndine the Great White was the first Great White. Every single Great White village has a statue to him in their council chambers. He was said to have carved out his own empire to the south at a time when the south was unlivable due to floods.

Beauty Ideals
For the Great White T'alyu, there is an importance placed upon one's colour. Being white makes them stand out more in the swamp lands that they hail from, and the forests and plains that they have spread to. As part of this, they often try to use the sun to bleach themselves and their armours, for the whiter they get the more brave they are said to be.
Relationship Ideals
The Great White T'alyu tend to form pairs for life, these pairs are not necessarily sexual partners but they are combat partners. They will fight for each other until the bitter end. When one of such a pair dies, the other will commit a type of ritual suicide to atone for their failure to keep the other alive.
