Dame Zandi becomes the Arbiter of the Grove

Newly knighted Dame Zandi Ottore of house Legolas and member of the Order of the Phoenix is promoted to the rank of  Arbiter of the Grove by King Aerendryl Vaelorith of the realm of Thaellon. Dame Zani is the youngest elf to be given this title. She shares this rank with Alarion Legolas of house Legolas as the highest-ranking members of the Wood Elf Army.
