Worldeye

Somewhere between a prophet and an immortal, the Worldeye has lived through multiple lives over many centuries. Originally a powerful fey creature, the Worldeye made formed an agreement with Vell Dinzahar in an effort to reinforce the barriers between planes. As part of the agreement the Worldeye would act as a sort of compass that located the Three Pillars Totems by dying and reincarnating nearby a totem. In this way any totem that might get lost could quickly be recovered.
However, in recent history, the constant reincarnation has led to the Worldeye experiencing bouts of madness. Little is known about how he reincarnates, but it is believed that at the moment of his death his consciousness is projected onto the mind of a humanoid that has recently died.
