Vell Dinzahar

Vell Dinzahar (21 Har. 384 ADW - 51 Bit. 473 ADW) was a sorceress and courtier among the ruling families of Old Baraas. She was the youngest daughter of King Baral Dinzahar of Winterhall, she is more widely known as one of the Heralds of Truth - the precursors to the Pallatian Shield Guard - and the first High Lady of New Baraas. She was a wealthy consort to Emporer Igaf Bin and her influence and work behind the scenes is believed to have led to one of the most prosperous time periods for Old Baraas and is often credited for the success of New Baraas as a trading hub today. Other notable deeds include her leadership in the joint effort with the dwarves to implement the Dwarven Trade Deal. She also defeated Igaf Bin, the warlock emperor of Old Baraas in 431 ADW and was the High Lady of New Baraas from 431 ADW until her death in 473 ADW.
