Emperor Igaf Bin , also known as Black Bin (brn. 373 ADW), was emporer of Old Baraas from 399 - 431 ADW. Though he is known mostly for his tyrannical rule, he is also responsible for the unification of the Aaldan Highlands under a single rule.
