Yerazel

A dark and realistic world, where dreams and nightmares of other realms manifest themselves physically. Terrifying monsters as well as awe-inspiring benevolent beings keep the citizens of Yerazel on edge, trying to find safety in numbers and seclusion. Traveling from the established holds is a dangerous move, taken only by the bravest travelers, but is rewarded with fame, glory, and often riches.   Life inside the holds is far from perfect however. The isolation of each hold brings about the the extremes of humanity, wrought with corruption; unable to be held accountable from the outside world. The gods of this world don't seem to care, let alone recognize the mortals.
