The Dead Riddges

The mountains are nearly uninhabitable except for a small section that has a lake near the peaks, the lake has a river that runs down just east of Phusdite's temple. The temple has been known to destroy entire parts of the mountain range to create secret pathways through it to towns on the other side of them, the followers of the temple say it was the will of Phusdite, and they trade along those paths until they become dangerous and they then destroy another mountain to continue trading. The people who trade and travel are known to hum the same tune and no one knows what the tune is except for the followers of Phusdite. the mountains are known to have trees and berries about them but almost no animals at all, not even birds. People soon after the trade died down stopped going to the mountains and feared them.

Geography

The area is completely mountains, pine trees, spruce trees, and snow. at the top of one of the mountains, there is a lake that has a river that runs down the mountains and stops just east of The Temple of Phusdite, it has a few small dugouts and houses following it down and a road from the river to the town just outside the Temple of Phusdite.

Fauna & Flora

There are mostly Spruce trees and Pine trees in the area along with a few oak trees. There are many types of tall grass and berries that grow through the snow and the tops of them pushing through the snow and anything in its way. there are no animals in the area. There are lots and lots of trading interactions in the area because of the trading market of Phusdite's. it is a very economical place because it controls all trading between the outer realm of Katyusha and the river realm of Katyusha.

Natural Resources

there is a huge abundance of wood, berries, stone, marble, and snow-stone, there are also billions of types of grass and such that are able to grow under the tons of snow that lay on top of them. The peoples of the area are known to exploit the kinds of bark and grass in the area.
