Isac's

The Isac's are small encampments that litter the Katyushan Tundra, the people who build the small encampments are the Phusdites. The Phusdites build them to have a place to stay on there long journeys, most buildings in each camp are collapsed from snow damage and heavy blizzards and that's why most of the things in an Isac are underground as well as the usual, yet abnormal, wooden house or two. The dugouts created by the Phusdites are now a pain in the eye of all Katyushans except for Adventurers trying to get away from a blizzard or monster in time before it kills them.

Demographics

the population of the Isac's differ from month to month because the Phusdites travel very frequently and usually only stay for a few days or weeks before moving out from them once again, usually there are houses around the same area and most of them are empty until the next group rolls in a then different houses have people living in them, most of the devoted Phusdites sleep in their backpacks in the snow or in holes in the snow with leave openings just above them.

Government

the government of the area consist of dying Priests who stay in each area of the Isac's as they die and hold ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, and other small events. The only laws are those that Phusdite installs into the Isac communities.

Defences

there are at least 10 Phusdite guards spread about the encampment and through the caravan lines.

Industry & Trade

the Phusdites trade trinkets and food such as Terra Soup and Blackberries to keep their people aflot.

Infrastructure

There are small houses, dugouts, and holes created by the Phusdites, they created these things too they could live in one place for a short while and then have the will power to leave within a day or two of arriving but also the ability to stay there for months at a time.

Assets

there are little to no valuables that are not kept of the people who live in the camp, the only stores are the Phusdites traders that travel with the caravan.

Guilds and Factions

there is only one to two group in one Isac at one time, most of the people are only in one group but sometimes there is an adventurers guild who tries to recruit the Phusdites and for them to leave the Caravan, sometimes killing the Phusdites when they are far enough away other times helping them become great warriors (it's kinda like a gamble).

History

most Isac's where created by the Phusdites during there travels and when blizzards happened they decide to bunker down in snow dugouts and stay there for months almost in a hibernation-like sleep. There is not really any major history behind any Isac encampments, just the occasional battle.

Architecture

There are mostly wooden homes and dugouts spread about the encampments, some people pack tents as well and others just sleep in the snow. Usually, the homes are made out of Spruce wood and the Dugouts are straight into the ground with a turn off at the bottom that leads to a ice home that most compare to igloos.

Geography

Usually, it is in the tundra or near hills and mountains, all Isac's are near a river, pond, stream, creek, or other freshwater places so that Phusdites can be provided with water.

Natural Resources

There is mostly spruce wood, blackberries, dirt, stone, and a few mice that can be found by the Phusdites at each encampment.
