A higher-up in the S.A army, an assassin and master spy who excells at killing and infiltration.
Physical Description
Facial Features
Drooping, dark eyes and long eyelashes set Dagger apart from low-born thugs, and his feminine features have come in handy during his career. His hair is a dark brown and is swept away from his face into a short ponytail. Below his collar are the remains of his gills, now hacked away and scarred over.
Specialized Equipment
Dagger is proficient in most weapons, but his favorite is a huge battle-axe that he uses for executions and in large spaces.

Dagger is the top employee and right hand man of Wilken, and has been for over a decade. His skill as an assassin and a master of disguise have only grown under the watchful eye of his boss, and Wil would be hard-pressed to find a follower as dedicated - and as willing to carry out cruelty and slaughter - as Dagger.
Intellectual Characteristics
Dagger, like his self-given name, is a sharp and deadly weapon. His past experiences with cruelty have freed him to do the same without much remorse, and his theatrical side lends to his sadistic punishments. Although his ability to blend in with any crowd makes him a threat in any situation, it's when Dagger has his prey right where he wants them that he becomes truly terrifying. He prefers to be honest with his victims and hates being misunderstood, so he'll offer information up freely - as long as he believes his victims won't live to tell the tale.

Dagger has a great job and a great boss who's going to do great things in the world. Who could be more content? He just wants to serve Wil, who has promised him steady work until he dies.

Unlike most of Wilken's army, Dagger is not an religious fanatic, but a very talented sellsword. He has nothing but contempt for gods and religions.
