Kryn Ze'anrel
Kryn is the third son of the house of Ze'anrel, first house of Siglathil. As one would expect being a member of the most influential house of the drow city comes with status, even for a male, but Kryn actually managed to establish himself by his own deeds as much as by his surname.
As a young warrior in training he accepted the leadership of the church of Lolth instead of struggling against it. He knew he would never raise in power above a female of his house thus he didn't waste any breath on this notion. Instead he embraced his martial training and looked for opportunities suited for a male within the society. Becoming an expert at stealth and movement he turned himself into a specialist to hunt pray, with those who lost Lolth's favor being his pray of choice.
Kryn used his families influene to get himself to be promoted to the role of headhunter for Lolth's inquisition. Whenever an individual breaks him- or herself the Queen of Spiders, Kryn will hunt them down and bring them back to the church for punishment - or kill them outright. His reputation made him also saught after by other houses to eliminate their own members before their fall from grace becomes public knowledge in hope to hide their families failure from other houses and counting on Lolth forgiveness as they bring their own to justice. Both assumptions though are risky as Kryn understands his role in society and threrefore reports to his sisters, making sure he isn't abused for some scheme nor that such important matters are hidden from his own house in case his matron want to take advantage of it.
Kryn was hired to hunt Vanarel Triranadal by her own family when she left Siglathil to 'inspect' Dulaenthan's operations. The house Triranadal gave him a handful of scouts to support him on this mission. The first time he caught up with her on the surface his attempt was foiled by Bloddwyn, Bran and Alvery who encountered the drow by accident. Kryn didn't give up his chase though and followed them to Rivgraad waiting for a chance to finish his mission, but the drow raid was repelled. So he kept waiting for an opening to strike. He finally found an opportunity when Vanarel joined on a journey to the mountains. Once their escort returned to Rivgraad and the two were alone he struck, but to his surprise Vanarel didn't flee and the two women not only fought, but actually the heretic wound him critically and Alvery ran him through with her sword.
