Personal history

James was born without a surname and was passed from church to church, home to home, and orphanage to orphanage. Eventually, when he was old enough, James found himself working at Star Island where he discovered and affinity for magic and was classically trained. He was a fast learner. Skill, talent, and years of work lead to a friendship with Lady Sorrowsong. Eventually his studies gave to the creation of the serum used in Darkmoon Forest where he lives and works today.
