God of the elementals

Enlil, also known as Nunamnir and Ellil is a benevolent, fatherly deity, who watches over humanity and cares for their well-being.
He is responsible for the creation of the Prime material Plane by fashioning the four elements in their right admixtures and quintessence to work the machinery of the universe. While beings in the Prime Material worship Enlil, the elemental beings generally don't, as they see him as a user of elementals rather than as a protector of them.
