Star Festival
An eight-day festival observed by the denizens of Vizzen.
Usually commencing late in the month of Othril.
One of many festivals and holidays upheld within/by the city-state.
Execution
Some of the festival's days require specific action on the part of its' participants.
The fourth day requires one or more blue ribbons to be worn, and the sixth requires a red object to be affixed to one's person and to the exterior of their building/s.
