Tordine Trotter

The third head librarian of Fizell. He was an Orc, who came to live and work on Fizell during the beginning days of the Arcane Upheaval. He started as a simple builder, but with his inventive mind and hard working spirit, he rose through the ranks to become head of construction in Fizell. Eventually the second librarian came to him and saw the potential he had and convinced him to take the job up after her.   After taking the position, he had large shoes to fill as he had to find a new assistant librarian to stand beside him and finish the infrastructure work his forebearer left behind completing the lake, forest, and field sections of the city. With his building experience, this all came easy as he was formally in charge of it anyway. Once he was done, he started his own projects, specifically improving the offensive capabilities of the city and establishing the Bright guard. Each of these was to help protect the city, both inside and out, as mages were attempting to come and take it over like like so many others were doing on the land below during the upheaval.   He had shields, cannons, and other weapons, magical and non magical to help protect Fizell from those who would mean it and its people harm. The Bright guard was established to keep law and order within Fizell, as even those within didn't always have the most noble of causes or motives, like any settlement. The were trained and equipped with weapons and helped to keep the peace and the people safe. These contributions not only proved to the people that Orcs were more than monstrous brutes, but that anyone could have the capacity to learn and hold high stations. He lived through the first half of the Arcane Upheaval until he was killed by a mage who had snuck in and killed. He had enough forethought to name his predecessor and is remembered as a figure of hard work and change, especially for monstrous races.
