A prestigious magic school that is in Novis, near the capital of Ciro. The school is currently known as the best magic school in the lands, holding both prestige and notable names to its halls. The school has been headed by only one person so in its history, Head Mistress Lindth Rossend, a Moon Elf. The school is a large castle, which separates each school of magic into its own section, totaling at eight. The teachers are highly educated, but the spark theory is highly held among, with no non humanoid ever admitted to its halls. The tests and money to enter these halls are much harder to pass, but those who do get in get the most intricate and proper education in the arcane arts there is.
The unique thing about this school is that, besides the no non human ever being admitted, is that it is the only place in the lands that offers dedicated courses on necromancy, which many see as a forbidden art and heresy. If you can never get to Fizell or don't want to free study in the islands, this would be the only place to learn these arts officially.
