Arcane Executioners

During the Arcane Upheavel, led by Andreis Marx the First, a group rose up to oppose those using magic and protect themselves. They started out as a small militia in Vinovo, but soon grew into a worldwide group, and eventually an army of tens of thousands. After the war, they established themselves as a secret order to take out and report on any large arcane threats. They recruit and train individuals from many walks of life, from the highest orders of knights to the lowest farmer, only requiring commitment to their cause and the potential to defend the world against serious magical threats. Sometime down the line toward modern day, they have become boogiemen to magic users, as they hunt and kill them wherever they are found, when not under the control of a larger entity. One of their main goals has been to take down Fizell, as to them it is looming threat to the world itself. Andreis Marx the Fifteenth is currently in charge of the group and has darker aims and ambitions for the group than his ancestor once did.
