A sacred deific storm (primarily to the Orc peoples) believed to be where all power is born and where all power will eventually return to. Additionally, The Tempest is believed to be the home of Sestris , God of Magick, one of The Twelve Pillars of Creation .
Additionally, the human wizard Prospero 's Gnarled Staff allowed him to use some of the power of The Tempest as his own before he ultimately broke the staff in two. This shattering is believed by some to have been indication of Prospero using his gifts of future sight to foretell the birth of Arkos , God of Storms, thus rendering the ancient profession of Storm Forging redundant.
