Lothar Wolkin, a human man who rose to prominence in his early years as a cleric of Eurustus. He traded in his vestments for council robes when he was given a sign by his God to run in the Bright Council election. Well known in the city for his good deeds, he won, and he won again 7 years ago when the council was re-elected, a feat not often achieved. He is well liked among the council and the people and many speculate he will be elected again in the coming election, the first to ever be elected in 3 consecutive terms.
