The Musk

The Musk is X-Corp’s newest beverage for sale. Its introduction was paired with the announcement of Leon Musket’s return. Advertised as “The Everything Drink” and what Musket’s brain is submerged in to keep it alive, The Musk is supposed to provide consumers with an energy boost without using caffeine and be zero calories while still having some nutritional value. While this is not completely untrue, The Musk only provides an energy boost inferior to most other energy drinks and has almost no nutritional value. The Musk is actually more of a health detriment than health benefit since it is highly toxic, as it contains absurd amounts of carcinogens and microplastics.

The effects of these toxins cause health issues for members of the population who are more organic and do not have as many cybernetic enhancements. Health complications include but are not limited to disrupted brain and cellular processes, respiratory disease, bronchial obstruction, and disruption of hormonal balance. Due to this, it is theorized by many that The Musk is a ploy by X-Corp for people to replace the failing body parts caused by the drink’s chemicals with cybernetics in order for X-Corp to churn a greater profit.
