Ring of Fangs

“Think you have what it takes to become a champion? Well, winning the Ring of Fangs is more than just strength and robotics! If you don’t have the brains for battle, then you’ll get pulverized to dust out there, kiddos!” - Tournament Announcer

The Ring of Fangs is an illegal, annual tournament hosted by a man known as Sol, who has had the event running for 20 years. The main events of the tournament consist of cybernetically enhanced animal fights, robot fights, and gladiator style fights between people. The name Ring of Fangs originates from the first ever events only being cybernetic animal fights.

This event has developed into a league, in which various duals for all events will take place prior to the main tournament. These fights are to help determine ranking and seating for the tournament brackets. Despite all of this being illegal, there are established guidelines and rules for the Ring of Fangs and fights revolving around the event. The rules are as followed:

1. Fights will end either when one side surrenders, or the referee deems one side unable to fight any longer.
2. Killing is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will immediately eliminate you from the event, and bar you from participating in future fights for any bracket.
3. Cybernetic enhancements can not exceed a power score level of 300. All power level rating evaluations must be done prior to the start of the league, and any changes made during the league must receive an updated evaluation.
4. Information about the league duals will be mailed to you via paper copy. These matches cannot be rescheduled. Failure to show up will result in an automatic loss. Please burn the paper letter once information has been confirmed.
5. Any acts of sabotage/cheating will be investigated upon report, but results for that year will not be revised. The offending party will receive penalties and possible expulsion from the league.

The tournament is extremely competitive and popular, especially amongst A-Town and lower class residents of X-City.
