Feral Focus: Summer Camp Homework
Summer Camp 2026 Pledge
Because I'm just that crazy, I am pledging to do all 40 prompts and get the diamond pledge. And Summer Camp starts 5 days after I have major surgery on my ankle. And this is part of why I am Camp Chill Feral.
I make the following promise under the lanterns of Twilight Walk:
I will not push myself, stress myself out, or get upset if I don't make my goal. I hereby swear to eat, sleep and medicate as needed and I will write what I can, when I can.
The world I've chosen is my main world, Caelum Prime.
Specifically, there is one country that I haven't done a lot with. It's borders have been closed for a long time due to slavery. But despite that, they have survived and thrived in unity. I only have the basic overview of their government, their capital, and one small town. So, there's a lot for me to work with here.
I will use the 27th through the 30th to plan what I'll be writing. But I won't start writing articles until July 1st so that I can count them as part of Game of Tomes: Tourney of Tales.

Update Old Articles:
I've slowly been working on updating old articles to expand provide more information and add sticky notes from my MC. I did work on Kingdom of Al Qurdaha and Madizibab. I did this since it's my focus for Summer Camp. I figured it was a good way to get started.
Get a Feel:
Passed on this one since I know my world and the feel of it very well.
World's Meta:
I've reviewed. It covers everything and is still up-to-date. It could use with a bit of rewording to make it flow better. But that's the editor in me speaking.
World CSS and Layout:
So far so good. Though I did make a few small fixes to help with readability. It expands as needed for what I'm trying to do in a particular article.
Review of Maps and Timelines:
Both need to be updated. I need to go back to Inkarnate to improve my map. I want to make it more realistic if I can. Then I'll redo all the layers and link all the articles to it. Once I've done that, I want to make a chronicle to make my timeline more interactive. It will also let me revamp and add/delete from the timeline as needed.
Homepage:
Reviewed. the "World Primer" is the prophecy my MC finds and a short logline of the story. With a sticky note from him. the Book shelf layout and pics look exactly like I want.

What promises will be made this July?
Will it be for romantic love? For Family? To one's brothers and sisters in arms? To the Kingdom? To Oneself?
The road gives many options. What's it going to be?
Hey! It is so nice to know you're doing SummerCamp again! I am too. And I know I haven't shown up on streams for awhile. May was exhausting and life got in the way. Honestly, time flew by! I'm with you on camps. You want best of both worlds but not the Tutorial Mode with Camp Chill and not the EXPERT or ADVANCED EXPERT experience of Camp Feral. Somewhere in-between that's both and you can rest or go insane (total chaos). And yes, I did forget in April but will do Tourney of Tales in July. Anyway, I hope you and yours are healthy and well. I am doing well, if only needing to lose some weight to not break any backs of horses. Not easy when it is now hot (in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico) and walking outside is something not recommended. And about your surgery, I hope it goes well and that you can worldbuild during July.
