Personal history
Always had a desire to see the world, and although did her fair share around the place growing up, she expressed a a strong intention to be gone as soon as she was able. She did fairly well at school, being part of the rowing team and also joined the cadets at 13. At 18 she successfully applied to the Britannia Royal Naval College. After Passing-Out she went on to serve on several tours and has recently attained the rank of Lieutenant.
Mental Trauma
Sonya had always been a more focussed and stoic child, not really given to flights of fancy. She handled her brothers death in a similar fashion to her father, She went through a period of grieving and then eventually came to accept that he was gone and got on with her life.
