Peletous

The Triumvirate member who wishes to stay the course on the war effort against Pandora. He's also Savannah's handler, they have an extreme dislike for one another but it has never interfered in their professional work. After Osmyr's death Peletous campaigns for a never ending attack on Pandora, he begins to develop a cell inside of Phalanx that specialized in aetheric brain manipulation. Savannah would discover this after her recovery, as with her isolated, he was able to make more progress. She reports him to Savartus and finally has a reason to break her service. Peletous goes into hiding before being found and captured by Tirious, who places him in a kangaroo court to have his fate decided by Savannah. She spares him but Tirious does not.
