A member of the Panoply team that was assigned to the larger operation team. Their a psychic that acts as the guy in chair for their operational teams. Their abilities allow them to see through the eyes of other creatures and beings. Along with communicating with them telepathically and even further psychic abilities that can be induced on single targets, they are even capable an inducing spiritual synchronicity on an ally. During missions they stay in a remote location and link themselves to their teammates and survey the terrain and conditions from various viewpoints and empower their team with psychic buffs & debuffing the enemy.
