Kassandra Lucie Decaro, II (a.k.a. Mekahnist)

Older sister of Conner, Kassie, or Kassandra, is a radical member of the Pandora society (honestly she's borderline a rouge member.) Her parents spent her isolated early childhood developing abilities of technological manipulation and synergy that they then granted to her. After her "gift" they rigorously trained Kassie everyday in armed combat, evasion tactics, and age-appropriate muscle development, and her new casting abilities. When her brother became of age, they would make them run the practice drills and train together. Kassie's brother was the first person around her age that she spoke to (while her parents were strict on training they still had an as healthy as it-could-be relationship with Kassie.) Having someone other than their parents to talk to the two siblings grew very close, literally making their own language (Conner did and taught her after the two discovered their parents bugged their room.) When Kassie was 16 their parents home complex was discovered and ambushed in a Phalanx raid her and her brother's parents were killed in the raid but the two children managed to escape the raid team. Using the secret communication network between their Pandora Society family members they were able to escape the pursuing Phalanx forces to the safety of their Aunt and Uncle's house. Kassie and Conner were adopted into their extended family's home adjusting to their new lives as their aunt and uncle would homeschool her in the mornings and by the early afternoon she would run assignments for Pandora with their aunt and cousin, Marshall Verdin. The young trio became a well-operating machine after having a long enough time to properly open up to one another, Kassie herself taking the longest to open. Having grown up her entire life as a member of Pandora she was an extremely radicalized member with her parent's death adding more fuel to the fire, although their aunt and uncle's house wasn't as isolated as their parent's house was Kassie still spent her few hours of free time either practicing with Marshall & Conner or tinkering with her creations. When Conner left the family she had the hardest time with it, she couldn't understand why Conner would choose to be an outsider, she couldn't understand what was so appealing about a society built upon living a lie. After his departure, she became much more cruel-hearted to non-members taking her Pandora responsibilities and doctrines extremely seriously, at least the ones that applied to victory over Phalanx. By story start she is still working with Pandora, only still an official member as her aunt and uncle run their cell. However, she's kept off most assignments, which has led her to offer her services to the mainland's many underground casting groups (criminal in nature or not) as long as they paid and she got to kill Phalanx members or even harm the outside world her brother loved so much; sometimes she'll even do it just for fun. By the time she's able to track down her brother in the late early days of the story her creations consist of; two anatomically correct robots (they appear to be human until a good look reveals their robotic nature) that she calls Zero and End (Xero and Omega respectively), a "mythic casting" cyborg that's capable of manifesting their astral ghost (the only mystic cast it can still do) she refers to it as Three (having stripped him of his name), and lastly she heavily modified her own body and brain with alchemic enhancements to grant herself even more casting abilities and a frightening level of durability. Zero, the bladed weapon expert and End the firearms expert are controlled via a visor system that serves as a hardwire system directly to her brain and senses, while still allowing her to take some input from her real self. She as altered the appearance of her visor to appear as plain glasses. Three is controlled with micro robotic sensors powered in the fingers in her left hand by her etheric energy, while it's astral ghost is active that's controlled by her right hand. And her final creation is herself, over the years she has supplemented many of her body parts with android like alchemic replacements. This has allowed her to have full anatomical control and liberation, full body control, increased physical condition, and as she calls it spider walking (The ability to manipulate the atomic attraction of her skin to another surface, as always other beings are harder to bond to and can be broken by the other party) Lastly to activate her "final form" of abilities she has to insert her override chip and it will unlock her atomic core (long story short she found a way to convert all of her bioenergies simultaneously to atomic energy allowing her to use all atomic energy casting abilities, however she can't turn it off. So she created a locking mechanism for it that can be overridden for up to 2 hrs where it constantly converts her bioenergies into an overcharged pool of atomic energy allowing her to enhance her weaponized body with atomic energized projectiles. Her strikes have atomic weakening as an intrinsic effect as well as having atomic vision and being able to disintegration field blasts from her eyes.
