Her whole life Hollie has been described as an odd woman. At 26 some of her earliest memories are dominated by the destruction of the Flash War becoming displaced by its destruction. From a young age she was attracted to dark and morbid things developing a twisted dark humor and fascination for the bizarre as a way to coupe with the events she experienced. Unknowingly to her, her base ability began to develop (Self empowerment by manipulating the emotional state of others.) Always one for a mischievous stunt, she slowly discovered her powers, or rather noticed the effect of them (still not able to properly use them.) When inflicting emotional change onto others her powers grow stronger allowing her to enhance the effects to the point of complete mental puppeteering. Simultaneously during this time she can also directly feed off of the emotional state of the person to restore her condition or feed into her bioenergy. Additional things she can do to her targets telepathic communication, sensory input disruption (she can switch what brain signals result in what physical actions). She began to indulge these feelings by disturbing or harassing those around her, her penchant for mischievous behavior turned slowly into a love for dark tricks and cruel actions. She was eventually caught and captured by V during a Phalanx operation. She remained in their detention facility until being broken out by The Collector, making the decision to partner with him to get revenge on the operator who captured her (conveniently the same person Collector was hunting). While at first she was using what little she knew of her powers, her partnership with Collector gave her an expert to hone her abilities with and for the first time someone she couldn't manipulate. Their efficient partnership resulted in the two picking up work from many notable names allowing the partners to focus on what they do best. As their jobs began to slow Hollie shifted back into committing acts of chaos for fun drawing major attention to her. Collector refuses to work with her without a purpose purely indulging in random acts of violence. After a brief partnership with Gabriella, where the two became a more dangerous dynamic duo than Gabriella was with Bryan Castor, they were approached by Rein for their help with his Devil's Night project. This would lead to her second capture at the hands of Phalanx (now reborn as Talon). After news of the capture reached the public Collector assembled a team to break her out once more. After her second rescue the two went into deep hiding and began a personal relationship. They were lured away from their calm hidden life by way of Thomas Iltch building a crew to challenge Talon's actions against his interests. This team clashed with Talon on multiple occasions eventually being finally defeated by a joint operation launched by the heroes. Hollie and the Collector would be the only one's in the group to escape capture or alive. In hiding they reformed their lives and stayed semi mobile as Stellar Talon's authoritarian like style kept them on the run. Eventually corned they fought in a losing effort against the group. They remained in capture and commited to reforming their lives until being recruited into a rouge forces division for the defense of earth during WsWI. Due to their exemplary service they had their sentences commuted after the war.
