Brother Wayne

A member of Ma Famille. He's the crusader of the group able to be pointed in the direction of a problem that won't cooperate. However he's not just a mindless heavy, Wayne has a set of values he adheres to above the word of Truthsayer. He's the only member of the Saints, Famille or not, that can defy a direct order. He respects power and follows Truthsayer as he was able to show him a power that Wayne couldn't overcome. While he respects power he places value in honorable combat, he will not strike to kill unless a hostile force attempts a serious attempt on his life, he will not fight those he deems not adequately prepared (i.e. "I do not perform mercy killings"), he will not continue fighting someone if he determines they are no longer a threat to him or his current task, he will not knowingly bring harm onto an animal, and he will grant mercy to those who ask but it comes with the understanding that to him mercy means unconditional surrender. After his loss to the heroes he remains in detention, becoming an occasional ally, until the rise of Pandora's Fraternity where he's one of the detainees released and Walter Otto fails to convince Wayne to join him, he instead chooses to follow NeighborhoodWatch.
