Worlds of Gates

This is a collection of worlds for my playtest of Gates. It will serve as public notes so I, and any who wish to keep track of the playtest can follow.   Gates is a fantasy role-playing game set in a multiverse of infinite possibility. The Players play as a group of Gate-striders from different worlds and time periods. There is no typical party composition, so a party might consist of a cowboy with magical powers, a knight from a far-off land with cybernetic limbs, a ninja from an ancient land with the power to control the wind or any number of character concepts. Each of these character’s themes and origins plays a significant part in how they are played. With a combination of background traits and a robust class system almost any character concept can be made.
