Baron Flickerswitch is an elderly gnome that rules over the city of Anvirgosh in the name of King Cormyr Cassinian. Hes a sqaut fellow with a pot belly, cheery laugh and rosy cheeks. During public functions he is always the first to shake anyones hand and enjoys the presence and company of even the lowest of citizens. He is beloved by all in the kingdom and is credited with helping usher in the future of the world, electricity.
