A complete nihilist, Sweetie Pepper's road to depravity has been ever escalating.
While he started as any other common rabble Anarchist - Sweetie Pepper would soon prove that he backed up what he was spitting. Those that would catch the ire of Sweetie Pepper or his gang, would soon find not only their holdings - but also their havens razed to the ground.
Sweetie Pepper was allowed to operate for one simple reason, he was Gary's problem - not Chicago's. Though many would look at the chaos unfolding over their fence by the anarchist's devil may care plots and wonder if it was only a matter of time until that madness spread. Prince Lodin's rivalry with Gary Prince, Modius, blinded him to the threat that Sweetie Pepper would become.
While he has been behind many infamous attacks around both Gary and Chicago, perhaps his most notorious attack was at Chicago University. He would work with fellow Anarch Gengis to attack the Eternal Academy underneath the University. Though Gengis would later claim he had been a double agent keeping tabs on Sweetie Pepper, betrayed by his handler in the Camarilla. Either way, the early Asylum coterie would discover both Anarch's part in the explosion and more importantly death of Sheriff Damien.
This exposure made Sweetie Pepper marked him further, he went underground and would raise forces. He would call in fellow Anarchists, The Romeo Twins to attack the Asylum on the opening night, his vengeance for the Undecided Coterie exposing his ploy. The attack would fail, but Sweetie Pepper would escape going underground once more. Though Sweetie Pepper found solace of reports of the Second Inquisition's raid of the Asylum following their melee.
For a long time Sweetie Pepper would remain underground, but he was not sitting idly. Seeing the opportunity in the disillusioned, impoverished youths of Chicago's West side, he would bring in these youths under the guise of Drill rap and indoctrinate them into his nihilistic philosophy.
For unknown reasons, Sweetie Pepper would dominate the twelve year old, Screech, into raiding an Anarch cache and doing a Drill on Lil' Gonzie's house. This action would lead to the disappearance of Sarah Peterson and death of Lil' Gonzie. The motivations for these actions are up for debate. Whatever the case, when the Young Undead found Screech, a molotov was thrown through the window. Sweetie Pepper would order his insider in the police department to lead the investigation towards him. When asked why, he merely stated that whatever games are being played, whatever is pushing and pulling the strings - he plays his own game and he will burn the streets down. Clearly wanting the gang war to escalate in the streets.
Sweetie Pepper's indoctrinated youths would ambush the smuggling run of 1LK and C gang that the Young Undead Coterie were assisting in. While the coterie were able to escape, they were scarred by the brutality they witnessed that night. River would later speak with Alexa in the pre-Elysium politicking - the conversation would turn to Sweetie Pepper where Alexa mentioned he is a loose end that should have been eliminated a long time ago. They would say that if Sweetie Pepper were to be eliminated, it would be appreciated by the Camarilla.
