Mack
Having served in Vietnam in the 1960's, Mack was part of a platoon with the young and impressionable Cannon. During a reprieve in war, the platoon had been relaxing in a bar sharing stories of home. A squad of Vietnamese soldiers would ambush the bar killing a majority of the platoon - with Cannon and Mack surviving. In the aftermath, a local Vietnamese waiter was injured and begging for his life. Mack would push the young Jack 'Cannon' Davis to kill the waiter in cold blood with his combat knife.
In 1964, Mack and Cannon would find themselves dispatched to a base in Hanoi. They would investigate to find that scientists and archaeologists had uncovered an underground pyramid. Creatures would arrive at nightfall - forcing both Mack and Cannon to flee. They would find themselves within the ruins of the pyramid and discovered it to be a tomb for slumbering monsters. These monsters would awaken with Mack and Cannon needing to flee. As they did, Mack would be pulled into the darkness - Cannon finding safety in a small crevice where the sun shone down.
Whatever happened to Mack during the many decades, is unknown. What is known is that he would become a Kindred and member of clan Tzimisce. Whether this was due to the actions of the monsters the two encountered in Hanoi or if something else occurred in the intervening decades, nobody is sure.
Mack would re-emerge in Chicago where an older, Jack "Cannon" Davis was attempting to lay low. Mack would join with the Sabbat Samson and start the Seven Flames. While Samson was a blunt instrument, Mack would have far grander ambitions. He would speak with Jack through proxies, testing him - seeing where his loyalties truly would lay. Mack would make it clear to Cannon that he didn't care what game was being played and that he would see to it to control all the pieces.
This plan would turn out to be flesh crafted parasites that would grow within a host - connecting them to a quasi-hive mind controlled by Mack. He would attempt to introduce the parasite via the water supply and would have mixed success. Mack would learn that he would need to think of other ways of spreading his influence to the mortal population. This would lead him to take charge of the Chumley Co Food Factory. He would place the whole Factory under his thrall and introduce his parasite to the defective food supply given to food shelters around Chicago and the Illinois area.
This plot would be seen by Trinity Long who had been shown a strange biological creature found in a cadaver. Before she could investigate further into this, governmental agencies came in to take the sample. The second inquisition would discover this parasite introduced into the population and set to control the situation. They would develop a gas that would cause the parasite to wither and die. The Second Inquistion would send a squad to conduct a cleansing at one of the discovered hotspots, the West side Chicago YMCA.
This would lead the Friends of the Blood, Masquerade breach cleaning coterie to look into the situation. Their investigations would lead them to find Tommy who had been infected but since cured - having been keeping an eye on the situation as it developed. The coterie with Tommy would go to Chumley Co and be confronted by both Brother Grymm and Mack.
Mack would be pinned against the factory by a forklift and an explosion seemingly killed him. He would emerge once more as a War Form Monstrosity and attempt to drag the coterie into the flames with him. The coterie would fight back and throw molotov cocktails at the creature - seemingly ending Mack once and for all.
