Hardestadt is a dignified elder
Ventrue who has been a pillar of the
Camarilla since it's inception. Many whispers and rumours point at Hardestadt being a member of the illusive Camarilla Inner Circle, though none of these speculations have been verified. Hardestadt himself makes no effort in confirming or correcting the assumption - he would much rather keep fellow Kindred guessing.
A cold Kindred, Hardestadt has been said to be extremely arrogant. He believes that respect is born out of lineage and station within the ranks. He has little time or respect for those within Clans he deems of lesser rank to his own.
Hardestadt resides in his castle within Berlin and usually sends his
Archon proxy,
Theo Bell or his childe
Jan Pieterzoon to enact his schemes globally. That isn't to say Hardestadt is a reclusive hermit, he is usually invited to large Camarilla gatherings that shape the sects future for decades or centuries to come. Whenever Hardestadt is present, you know things are about to go awry.
