Sired by Horratio Ballard in the late fifties, Sovereign has been the man behind the coin of Chicago's Camarilla practically since his embrace. His abilities to obfuscate and clean money into tangible assets is unparalleled. Such moves gave him influence enough to rise the ranks as Chicago's Seneschal during the Primogen Council led era.
