Many would argue that a member of the clan of
Lepers would ill suit a title such a Herald for the
Camarilla court, yet a shrewd Nosferatu has laid claim to such a position within London's Ivory Tower. Though if you know of Oskar's skill-set and abilities, it should come as little surprise that he has been able to attain such a lofty position. As herald, Oskar doesn't just spread the word of
Queen Anne, but he also is a master at obfuscating Kindred imagery with the graffiti often found around London's underground areas. Oskar is such a master of his craft, that many of his coded messages elude even
Operation Antigen; blending within the fabric of London's streets.
As a Nosferatu, Oskar is well-versed with traversing the often labyrinthine London Underground. It is said that it is unwise for a Kindred or Kine to wander these desolate and abandoned tunnel-ways without knowledge of Oskar's warning signs throughout. Many also whisper of Oskar's side activities within the underground of London, including the trafficking of Kine and Kindred alike. Though such rumours and whispers can scarcely be confirmed, with London's court often siding with their herald.
